Shipping:
All items are
shipped Ups Ground from our California, or Florida
warehouse. All merchandise is professionally packed and
shipped within 3 business days of payment received
(excluding holidays). All merchandise is insured at no
extra cost to our customers.
-We only ship within the United States as for
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
please email us for a shipping rate as all merchandise
will be shipped Priority mail. -At this time
we do not except International orders. -Ups will not
deliver to P.O. Box so please provide us with a physical
address. -Expected delivery time within 7 to 10 days
after shipment has left our
warehouse.

Rush
Delivery:
We use UPS
2nd day for rush deliveries which usually is
delivered within 5 business days. You must request RUSH
delivery and email us for a shipping rate before placing
your order. Please note using rush delivery is very
expensive and we can not Guarantee delivery
time.
-In order for us to process any
rush orders we must have your order before 9:00 AM or it
will be processed the next business day.

Damaged
Items:
We have a very low damage rate due
to the fact that our products are packed extremely well.
If you do receive a damaged package you must notify us
within 5 days, so we may file a claim and have a
replacement sent. We will deny any claim of damaged
merchandise if made after 5 days of post marked delivery
date. All merchandise is Brand New and Guaranteed to be
free from defect or will be replace it at our
expense!
-Must contact
us within 5 days of receiving damaged
merchandise. -We will send a pre-paid return label
for any damaged or defected item for you to ship back to
us so we may send a replacement. -In most cases we
will require a digital photograph of the damaged item in
order to prevent any delays in sending a replacement to
you.

Return
Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied
with your purchase. If for any reason you are not
satisfied, you may return the product, provided it is in
unused condition, it must be shipped back within 10 days
from the post marked delivery date. All merchandise
returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and
handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or
covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return
authorization number) from us to be accepted.

Terms:
-Shipping and Handling Fee are
non-refundable. -Return items are all subject to a
20% restocking fee. -Return or refund can take up to
2 weeks to process. -Original receipt and Invoice #
required for any return and refund. -All returns
must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to
be accepted. -All items must be in new and
resale-able condition, including the original box,
packaging, and accessories.

How We Process
Return:

Once our Return Department received your submission,
they will review and contact you back with an RA#.
(NOTE: You will need this number to include in with
return package. Any package return to us without the RA#
will not get processed.) 2. Once you received an RA#
from us, please have this number included in with your
return package.
