1. What is your Return
Policy?
-We want
you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you are not satisfied, you may return the
product, provided it is in unused condition. Please read
our Return Policy for more details.

2. When can I expect
my order to arrive?
-All orders are processed and
shipped within 3 business days and expect 7 to 10 days
for delivery. We use UPS Ground and once your order has
been shipped we will email you with a tracking
number.

3. I would like an
order to be shipped as a
gift?
-Provide us
with the name and address of the gift recipient and we
will ship your order to them for you. The packaging
invoice does not include any details of payments made,
so they will never know how much you paid. We will
contact you only with a tracking number, if the gift
recipient received the package damaged you the purchaser
must contact us. We will only work with the purchaser
regarding any orders, we will not work with any third
party which whould be the gift recipient.

4. What if my item
arrives damaged or defective?
-All items are
professionally hand packed and double boxed for safe
shipment and all items are insured. If you received your
package damaged contact us within 5 days of receiving
damaged merchandise and let us know, so we can send a
replacement. All merchandise is free from defect or it
will be replaced at no cost to you. Please read our
Damaged Items Policy for further instructions on how to
file a claim with us.

5. Do you ship
Internationally?
-At this time we do not ship Internationally it
is something we will be thinking about in the near
future. We only ship within the Continental United
States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto
Rico.

6. Do you ship to P.O
box, or Military Address APO, FPO?
-We will only ship to a physical
address if you are using a business name for your order,
you must provide us with a contact name.

7. Do you have rush
shipping available?
-We
use DHL for rush deliveries which usually is delivered
within 5 business days. You must request RUSH delivery
and email us for a shipping rate before placing your
order. Please read our policy on Rush Orders for more
details.

8. What forms of payment do you
accept?
-We except all
major credit cards and e-CHECK with PayPal.We also
except Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks.
Payments using e-CHECK with PayPal take up to 5 days to
clear before we ship your order. Making payments with a
Personal Check will delay your order all checks will be
held for 10 days to clear before we will ship your order
no exceptions.
-We
also except all major credit cards with Google Check
out.


9.Will my payment information be safe and
secure?
-Your security is our primary
concern. To ensure safe shopping, we use 128 bit Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption security, which is the
highest level of security available today for secure
e-commerce transactions. We work hard to ensure your
information is safe. At Unique Specialty Merchandise, we
respect and value our customers and their privacy.

10. How do I know if my item is in
stock?
-We have a very large inventory on every item we
sell. On a rare occasion an item may go out of stock due
to high demand of certain items. We will contact you
immediately after you place your order to inform you if
the item is out of stock and we will let you know when
it will be available.

11. How much do you charge for shipping
and handling?
-We charge a
low Flat Rate check our Shipping Rates for more
details.

12. Do you charge sales
tax?
-Florida 7.0%,
California 8.25%.

13. How do I contact you if I have a
