We have a very low damage rate due to the fact that our products are packed extremely well. If you do receive a damaged package you must notify us within 5 days, so we may file a claim and have a replacement sent. We will deny any claim of damaged merchandise if made after 5 days of post marked delivery date. All merchandise is Brand New and Guaranteed to be free from defect or we will replace it at our expense.
If To Return A Damaged Product:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product, provided it is in unused condition, it must be shipped back within 10 days from the post marked delivery date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.
If an order is returned to us without prior authorization it will be rejected and returned back to sender.

We do not accept returns on bulk lots or items ordered in large quantities. We recommend purchasing an item individually to make sure the item is what you want before making a bulk purchase or before ordering in large quantities.
